
     烧结钕铁硼磁铁,根据不同的牌号,可耐热80度到200度之间。具有高剩磁,高矫顽力,高磁能积的特点。是20世纪80年代研制成功的有史以来磁力最强的永久磁铁。
  烧结钕铁硼的应用场合颇为广泛。主要有:DVD拾音器/光驱读取器/激光头,核磁共振,音圈电机,喇叭,马达,各种磁传感和电子磁力控制装置。
       烧结钕铁硼磁铁因为生产时需要在高温真空炉内烧结而得名。其形状和尺寸等最后都需要由各种机械加工完成。由于该磁体机械加工性能较差,因此产品形状比较简单。有圆片,方块和C形三种基本形状或其他的异形体。
  产品特别容易生锈。防止生锈的方法是给产品进行防护性的表面处理。采用的方式主要有镀锌,镀镍和电泳;也有采用磷化处理的方式来延缓氧化生锈时间。
  各种电镀方式耐腐蚀的时间长度不一。具体可以参阅附表。在应用时,必须充分考虑实际的使用环境和周期,选择合适的处理方式。
  烧结钕铁硼磁铁产品硬脆易碎和易腐蚀。应该避免磁铁因为自身产生的磁力相互吸引碰撞或者突然靠近导磁体并吸上,类似情况的发生容易破坏磁铁完整性,易导致破损或者碎裂。
